Warrior Entertainment
Warrior Entertainment was established in 2018 to address the growing need for digital artists in the workplace with a Digital Media Career Program for students who seek training in the design, production, and distribution of digital art. As a program, we are committed to maintaining a course of study that promotes high achievement and incorporates objectively-measured student mastery of defined curricular objectives. Students will gain real-world experience that will help them succeed in college as well as in the workplace.
Students in the Warrior Entertainment Academy are introduced to a variety of skills essential to working in today’s media-related fields.

The media labs at Fresno High School use powerful MSi computers with industry-standard software to teach video production and studio management. The studio has a multi-camera capability with a modern control room and podcast room.
Vision
The vision of Warrior Entertainment at Fresno High School is to introduce and develop students to a world of digital media, including video production & streaming media that helps foster students with creative and innovative ideas that will change the world of digital media.
Mission
The program’s mission is to enlighten and increase the awareness of high school students about career opportunities in pre-post video production, streaming media, and related areas of the Arts Media and Entertainment industry through mentoring and work-based learning (WBL) opportunities.
Outcomes
- Identify and apply strategies to improve and succeed no matter what their initial skills are.
- Solve problems and learn from creative risks by using people skills, IB MYP design principles, and processes.
- Build a strong foundation in all aspects of design and production for storytelling in motion.
- Use inspiration in fields outside of digital media such as poetry, science, music, astronomy, history, dance, and more.
- Develop a professional commitment to their field, their work, and themselves; preparing them to be members and leaders in their profession, as well as learning how to act both as individuals and as team members to support the whole.
- Learn to continually challenge themselves, laugh often with each other, and fully enjoy what they are doing.
- Value continuous learning, experimentation, and professional and personal growth.
- Demonstrate an attitude of openness so that they seek new and unusual opportunities to learn and create.
- Express ideas in a coherent, logical, and compelling way in writing and the spoken word.
